Shipping policy
All Extrema products are sold FOB our warehouse in Hammond, Louisiana. Freight and shipping charges are extra and at customers option. Any freight damage or shortage from shipping company is sole responsibility of shipping company. Customer is responsible for fully inspecting shipment for any damage or shortages before signing acceptance for shipment. Customer is responsible for damage or shortage claims and no claim can be made if shipment has been accepted by customer. Freight will be delivered during normal business hours Monday thru Friday. Customer is responsible for unloading. Any special services such as delivery appointment, liftgate, redelivery are above any shipping prices quoted unless stated otherwise. Customer will be responsible and will be charged for any special services not ordered in advance.
